Welcome to Peace Love Boot Camp.
Get the benefits of one-on-one personal training for a fraction of the
cost with small Outdoor Boot Camp classes designed specifically
for women. Are you tired of going to the gym and not getting any results? Do you want to lose fat, tone up and get into shape, but
don't feel like you have the motivation, time or energy to do it on your
own?
I understand more than you know. I am a wife, mom of 2 very active
young boys and a business owner. I know how busy life can get. You
have to make your workouts a priority. It is not optional! Consistency
and proper nutrition are the keys. No fad diets here. My workouts are
efficient and effective. I make every minute count. You will get
results.

Most
trainers just watch you exercise and count the reps. I will not be standing around with a
clip board, blowing a whistle and barking out commands. I will be showing you every exercise, as we do them, and doing most of them with you....every single workout.
I
will show you proper form and technique so you get the most out
of every single exercise. I will be there to encourage you, motivate you
and
make you feel great about yourself when your workout is over. I want
you to achieve your goals and most importantly maintain them. Peace
Love Boot Camp is about changing your lifestyle and changing the way you
think about exercise and food.
You will challenge yourself and work harder
than you would if you were exercising alone. You will have a coach, a
trainer and a friend there to guide you through every single workout session.
Your goal may be to lose the baby weight.....that you have been hanging
on to for 10 years, or it might be a matter of getting healthy and
feeling better about yourself. I will work with each of you
individually and we will set up reachable goals before you begin.
Exciting Boot Camp Sessions for Women Only
You don't need make-up, we are not here to look good. We are here to
sweat and change our bodies. Each session is one hour long and will work your
entire body from head to toe. I will show options for advanced moves so
everyone can participate no matter what their fitness level is. Your
workouts will be new every class, we will never do the exact same Boot
Camp session twice. I will work with you to achieve maximum results. Each
unique boot camp session will
combine weights, high and low intensity cardio intervals, core, balance and of
course stretching at the end of your workout.
Nutrition Counseling and Support
I will provide lots of nutritional information. I will not let you eat
away all of your hard work with bad food choices. Do you need some
exercises to do at home? I can provide some for you. I am always here
via phone or email to answer your questions. You get unlimited support
from me personally.
